Mary Chiles College – Red Cross Youth (RYC) has been very active in participating in all activities of the Red Cross Manila Chapter through the years. The RYC is one of the six major services of the Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC). Its mission is to educate and empower the youth in the spirit of Red Cross through relevant training and effective leadership and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energy and idealism through worthwhile humanitarian activities.
